Corporate Social Responsibility
Since its inception, the cooperative has been doing activities such as raising public awareness and development in health, education and social sectors.
Saving
Cooperative has been collecting deposits from its members by providing them competitive interest on different saving schemes such as group saving, education saving, regular saving, old saving, Khutruke saving, personal saving and periodic saving.
Credit
Cooperative has been providing loans to its members by securing collective assets and equity for the income generation and business promotion.

Charitable Fund
The organization has established a charity fund among its members in order to provide some relief to the members affiliated to the cooperative during calamities and to bear social responsibility. From this fund, the co-operative has been providing relief in case of untimely death of members, relief in case of disaster, scholarships and honors for the education of members' children, nutritional support for pregnant mothers and children, respect for senior citizens, etc.
Agricultural product, seeds, and chemical fertilizer sales and distribution
The cooperative has been facilitating the collection, sale, distribution, marketing and supply of agricultural products produced by farmers by coordinating and cooperating with various traders, cooperatives and associations. Likewise, chemical fertilizers and various agricultural seeds are also being sold and distributed to the farmers.
Business promotion
Cooperative has been helping the members to operate and expand the business by assisting the members in areas such as animal husbandry, vegetable farming, business, loan investment, training, exposure visit, business plan development, consultation, market management.
Education(Gurababa School: Golden Path Academy)
To provide practical and quality education to its members and children of rural communities at low cost, Gurababa Multipurpose Cooperative Organization Ltd has been operating Golden Path academy school since 2014. With the Vision of “Quality education today's need, skilled manpower Golden Path's commitment” the school is conducting various educational activities together with the community to provide practical and quality education. Currently, education is being conducted from nursery to grade 8 in the school. In the future, the school has a plan to run general and technical stream teaching up to grade 12.To make the school child-friendly, from nursery to grade 3, Mother tongue based multilingual education (MTB-MLE) system, computer lab, and learning by playing environment have been developed. For the development of the educational and physical infrastructure of the school, international donors including Nepal are providing financial and technical support.

Since its inception, the cooperative has been conducting various programs in partnership with various governmental and non-governmental national and international bodies.
